Sapphire

Sapphire - is a type of corundum that ranges from light to dark blue, white, black, purple, yellow and green. Rarely, inclusion below the surface of the stone cause asterism, or six-pointed stars, to appear on the surface of the stone. These rare Star Sapphires have been revered throughout history for their protective and mystical qualities. Ceylon Sapphires are cornflower blue. Sapphires is known as a stone of prosperity.
